Friday Supper
Shrimp skewer seasoned with chili lime rub served on a bed of sun dried tomato/spinach couscous. Field greens, red onion and heirloom cherry tomatoes tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Very easy and fast, and to top it off healthy! We won't count the brownies we had later!
This blog originally started out as a food blog, Rosemary & Thyme. I thought it would be more fun to document our travel throughout the Southern states and also include some of our culinary adventures as well! Hope you will check it out.
