I love how they look in the pots and the freshness they add to our favorite foods. I am currently growing rosemary, chives, oregano, mint, thyme and a basil plant that is out of control. I have used the basil to make pesto several times this summer and I have it frozen in cubes. It is wonderful in pastas, olive oil bread dip and mixed with mayo on tomato sandwiches. YUM!
